Born in Vienna, Magdalena Eber completed her viola and Chamber Music studies cum laude at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna and at the European Chamber Music Academy under Prof. H.P. Ochsenhofer and Prof. Johannes Meissl. After being an academist of the Radio Symphony Orchestra Vienna, since 2013 she is a member of the Orchestra of the Wiener Volksoper, serving as a leader of the viola group there since 2018.

Further, she took musical impulses from great artists, such as Alfred Brendel, Hatto Bayerle, Peter Cropper, Miguel da Silva, Jerome Pernoo, Ralf Gothoni or Claus-Christian Schuster. Mrs. Eber is a winner of several viola and chamber music competition and gave concerts in halls such as Wiener Musikverein, Wigmore Hall London, Gulbenkian Centre in Lisboa and many others.
